Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on all products, whether defective or non-defective, as long as they meet the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in new condition.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Method

  • Returns must be made by mail. Customer pays for return shipping 

Restocking Fee

  • All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted for items returned in new condition within the 30-day window. Please contact us to initiate an exchange and ensure product availability.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
