1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no additional handling or delivery fees.
2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
3. What is the cut-off time for same-day order processing?
Orders placed before 04:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after that will be processed the next business day.
4. Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
5. How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in new condition.
7. Is there a fee for returning an item?
Return shipping is free—a prepaid return label is included in your package. However, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
8. Can I exchange a product?
Yes, we accept exchanges for items returned in new condition within the 30-day return window. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
9. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
