Lonwood Dakota® Topseal

Lonwood Dakota Topseal has a lightly textured open oak grain that looks like knot-free, quarter-sawn planks. It's finished with a 30-micron Topseal wear layer that resists stains, soiling and scuffs.

Sold by the linear foot in 6 ft (72") width.

Each roll has partial "boards" along both edges. Trim this selvage off so seams line up cleanly; its width varies by lot.

Installing it in a van

Let the flooring acclimate at 65–85°F before installing. Over a plywood subfloor, use Lonseal Two-Part Epoxy spread with a U-Notch Trowel, then roll the floor to remove air bubbles.
