Lonplate® II

Lonplate II has the same tough steel-plate look as Lonplate I, with smaller, more widely spaced embossing. It's a favorite for utility and adventure van floors that need to look rugged and clean up easily.

Colors

Brick, Gunmetal, Gun Powder, Mica, Midnight, Putty

Sold by the linear foot. Mica (P421), Gunpowder (P424TX) and Midnight (P443TXM) come in 6 ft (72") and 8 ft (96") widths; the 8 ft rolls are thinner at 2.5 mm. Other colors are 6 ft unless custom ordered.

Installing it in a van

Let the flooring acclimate at 65–85°F before installing. Over a plywood subfloor, use Lonseal Two-Part Epoxy spread with a U-Notch Trowel, then roll the floor to remove air bubbles.
